You have the right to revoke the contract concluded between us within two weeks after receipt of the goods by yourself or a permitted third person who is not the supplier without stating any reasons. To exercise your right of cancellation you have to send us a clear declaration (e.g. by mail or e-mail) with information of revoking the contract. You can use the specimen form although it is not mandatory by law.

By revoking this contract, we repay all payments including the delivery costs (with the exception of delivery costs caused by utilizing other than our supported delivery services) immediately and within 14 days to the latest due to the day we receive your declaration of cancellation. Subject to any arrangement to the contrary we use the same payment method for the repayment you have chosen for your order; on no account we do not charge any fees for the repayment.
We are entitled to refuse the repayment until receiving either the goods or your provided evidence of returning the goods.
You shell return the goods immediately and within 14 days to the latest due to the day we receive your declaration of cancellation. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the withdrawal period of 14 days has expired. We bear the costs of a return delivery. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary.
The following right of cancellation is not valid in case of sealed hygienic goods, if the sealed packing has been opened or damaged and the hygienic standard has been infringed.
